Which physique do you prefer? The very skinny with abs, the bulkier, or the lean and muscular? Personally, it's not even a question for me. I'd take the one on the right, which is from this past weekend, by far. However, I know some people don't feel the same way. The middle one is probably the easiest to maintain and the place where I can gain strength the most easily but I personally prefer being leaner.

300 g frozen raspberries
2 bananas, peeled
1/2 teaspoon ground vanilla
some fresh raspberries and blueberries
Blend frozen raspberries, one banana and ground vanilla powder. Slice the second banana and place as a row in a bowl. Fill the smoothie on one side into the bowl. Add some fresh raspberries and blueberries. #bestofvegan

Today I can see some little muscles starting to say hello...I just looked back at my 'what I eat in a day & today's workout vlog' from June and I'm doing this exercise in it and my arms look like they have changed quite a bit since then, yay! I haven't been in the gym quite as much as I would've liked recently as I've been too busy but I'm doing what I can when I can!
