Gym flow on travel. Day 4 of 80 done. My nutrition is no way on track simply because I can not eat enough on-the-go. I’m trying and that’s what matters.

ACCOUNTABILITY TO ACHIEVE
You might remember; earlier this year I did a call out to people via Facebook and Instagram asking if anyone had set goals and wanted help achieving them. One major aspect of goal setting is staying accountable. If you struggle to stay on track, it's a good idea to have someone in your corner giving you encouragement and helping you achieve the next task. Along with helping people set out to reach their big goals, I was planning on offering training in effective time management to help them on their way. My wife is my motivator and helps me get stuff done when I'm feeling lethargic and just can't be bothered. Having her in my corner (nagging - just jokes, I love you Taryn) helps me smash out daily tasks.
Fast forward to today and I'm pretty happy - I now have a few people for my case studies which means it's time to focus on their goals and help them achieve them. Since making the decision to help people achieve their goals through use of effective time management, I have read a couple of books on the subject. One book is about how to become a key person of influence. If I want to become such a person, I need credibility. By working with these people, I will be able to gain some valuable experience. Another thing that would help my credibility is to become an author. Having a book written in my field will help me rank higher mentally with people who are looking for someone to guide them on their next venture.
I want to be that person people can come to and rely on to get them to the next level. I have no preconceptions about it being an easy task - after all, I'll be relying on word of mouth and positive feedback to start with. However, if I can produce a published book, then that should hopefully get me to that next level.

Once again I will be one of those running 'ants' charging five kilometers over the beach to the first climb of the day: the White Nose Cape.
In other words: my entry to the French National Trail TCO is in e-mail confirmed. 👊
Probably this year I will also run another trail along this coast line, 'the 3 forts', but that depends also on the calendar which marathon in autumn I'm going to run.
This year's national TCO will be the halfmarathon distance instead of the 31KM of 2017. .
With +458m D and one UTMB point instead of the +850m D I ran last year. .
Less climbing, less miles, but still a nice challenge to run over the beach to charge the climbs with illustrious names as
Cap Blanc Nez (the White Nose Cape), . .
Mont Sombre (the Dark Mount), .
Mont Saint Hubert and
Colline Les Combles (the Attic Hill) .
Main objective for autumn 2018 will be to run a faster marathon than Rotterdam in April 2018.
If everything works out as planned, autumn will hold a sub 3h25 marathon for me.
So, White Nose Cape, I will be ready to charge you again during the National Trail TCO.
This year I won't make the same misstake and will 'sprint' the first 5KM over the beach to arrive as one of the first, to have free access to your trail up to the summit. .
Also I've learned of autumn 2017 that running both the 31KM TCO besides running in successive weeks also
the international halfmarathon of Lille Métropole,
the Cromagnon Trail in the Picard and
a 16K race in the 7 Valleys,
besides the 20KM of Paris as preparation of
the Marathon of Rennes.. . . .
that maybe was a bit much.. 😁🤔😜 .
But first 1h30 long run tomorrow. Marathontraining Marathon Rotterdam, Week 1, Exercise 4 👊😉. .

Got my yoga practice in this morning! My legs were sore and my shoulders were tight so it was all about creating space today. Last night was all about the psoas, and how we can get some relief when we sit all the time. You see me posting sweaty selfies all the time, yet you don't know what it takes to get them. Today, I just didn't want to. I didn't want to workout, it's AAA (arms, abs, ass) day. This is a hard day for me. I kept looking at the clock. I had the tablet ready to go on the workout and everything.... I just didn't want to. I got so close to not doing it, like all I had to do was hit OK and it would have powered down. Then I thought, 'What the hell is wrong with you? You've had your pre workout meal, you've got the program queued up and your going to power down. Get your shit together lady, it's only week one day 4, yeah it's tough, so what?? How else are you gonna hit your goals?!?! You're not going to reach them by NOT DOING THEM dumbass!!!' **hit play, did AAA, had post workout chocolate milk, feels like a badass**** Yeah I post healthy meals, yeah u post moves, yeah I post sweaty selfies, but it doesn't come easy. Many of my clients struggle through some things as well. In my fit families, we're here for each other. We're share abutht the ups and downs, we're not perfect (I never expect us to be) but we show up and do our best each and every day!!! Good morning. I don't know about you but first thing in the morning, I need peace and quiet. I need time for my brain to wake up. I also like to surround myself with objects or must haves. For me, I keep a pile of books 📚 on the table, and my laptop and of course a cup of coffee or 3☕☕☕. Those are marshmallows in my coffee 😊 and it is mmmmmmm good... Do you have a morning must have?

Honestly I was better with my body in 2017 than I'm with it now. Though I'm happier but my body is lacking behind. All of the things that were easier then is now a little tough.
My plan this year is to rewind my practice back to the base to rise back stronger!
Eagle rewind was one such pose!
