Guess what? I haven't been to the gym ALLLLL week, on purpose. 🤗
Lately I've been feeling so unmotivated. When you've been working out for awhile, you reach a certain point where progress is a lot slower. This can be super super super discouraging. It's like, I go to the gym everyday and bust my butt for an hour+ to look the same? Lol no thanks. -
I'm trying to stay motivated in that working out provides more good than just aesthetics. They're my main motivation I'm not going to pretend they aren't, but working out and weight lifting is good for SO many other things too. But taking this week off will hopefully reset my body a little and give me a little motivation to get back at it 💪🏼
It's been a surreal day of reflecting. On this very night, 3 years ago.... I stepped on stage for the first time at the #npcdesertstorm. I was praying all day that I wouldn't fall or pass out… I honestly wasn't focused on a trophy.😂 (Peep those adult braces🤓)That night has changed my life🙏🏼!
I had zero idea that I would soon be on the prestigious Olympia stage. Don't be afraid to take chances and set lofty goals; you never know where a or dream will take you.
I am looking forward to cheering on my teammates and all of the competitors tonight at the show. 🎉😊

Taking action consistently with intention behind it. I ask myself "would I be doing this or thinking this if I was where I wanted to be" if the answer is no I get rid of those actions and thoughts and start doing things and thinking the way I would be if I was already there. ❤️
