Discover Rio de Janeiro, Brazil with @marcelacimino.
"The picture was taken at a restaurant called Classico Beach Club at the top of Sugarloaf Mountain, a peak at the mouth of Guanabara Bay and one of the main attractions from Rio. To access it, its 396m above sea level it's necessary to take two cable cars from Praia Vermelha - the ride in itself is already amazing. As I reached the top and was photographing the stunning 360 degree view, I found a little sign pointing to this restaurant. I can't really tell if the view was more breathtaking with all the bright colors from the day or after sunset with the city lights. Either way, it's a ride worth taking." Now Discovering Berggasthaus Meglisalp, Switzerland with @marcobaeni.
This family-managed mountain hotel in Switzerland can only be reached on foot, and is ideal for hikers, mountaineers and bikers. The Alpine herdsmen and dairymen make an impressive spectacle as they go about their work on the meadows surrounding the hotel during summer – a chance to experience traditional agriculture in a totally natural setting. #thediscoverer

It’s been great speaking at Temple University and assisting some professors with their students this week. I spent the day exploring my old stomping grounds of northern Philly!
