While I'm on the topic of waterfalls, here is Bridal Veil Falls near Chilliwack. The falls stand at 60m (although it doesn't look it from the angle of the photo) and in the early 1900s was used to generate electricity for the Bridal Falls Chalet. These days it hosts a large day use area, perfect for a summer outing.
...It was also the location where our van had it's first brake issues ☹
Throw back to our time in Whistler and visiting Brandywine Falls.
The falls stand at 70m high and it is believed that its walls are made up of more than four different basalt lava flows dating back around 34,000 years.
