M E A L P R E P P I N’ 👩🏾🍳 It took me just 1 hour and 30 minutes to prepare all of this so please, stop defending yourself with the assumptions that a plantbased and healthy lifestyle takes a lot of effort. Yes, it might take a while before you’re fully comfortable with knowing what you have to prepare etc. But once you’ve past that stage it becomes even fun to experiment with colorful veggies. I love to prepare some things on beforehand in order to keep myself from cravings and always having some veggies ready for a quick meal or a healthy snack. 🥦🥒🍠

الحمدلله ما توقعت ان الجسم فيه القوة والطاقة لأداء التمارين القوية في هذا الوقت لكن اكتشفت ان في طاقة كبيرة في هذا الوقت.
حبيت التغييرات والفوائد على جسمي مع التدريب الصباحي وهم لاحظت الشعور بالفوز والانجاز والتركيز العالي بعد التمرين.
انصحكم بهذا الوقت اذا تبي تعدل نومتك، تكون نشيط طوال الْيَوْمَ، تعدّل مزاجك وتكون متفرغ الْيَوْمَ كله بعد التمرين

breakfast: toasted English muffin with PB, honey, and cinnamon. The other half with avo, cilantro, pink salt, hemp seeds, red pepper flakes, and olive oil. Plus scrambled eggs on the side.
