#MoneyTalks Yes, I understand a credit score may be relevant for XYZ...but at the end of the day if you have the cash you’re good to go! I’d pick having Actual Real Cash Money over being broke with great credit any day. 🤷🏾♀️
5 days until we pay off or current snow ball! .
So far we have paid off fees from an old apartment, our 2016 back taxes (both state and federal), and my husband’s credit card. I am so excited to finish tackling my first credit card!
Real work. Real Results. .
Raised this client's scores +221pts across the board within 4 months. Her goal is to buy her first home. She was determined and focused on change. .
Her quick results took efforts of low utilization (use of credit), no applying for new credit, paying down High balances and continuous follow through of credit education practice. .
Real Results can happen to us all if we apply positive learned knowledge!

I heard you guys are getting dates on the IRS’ “Where’s My Refund” tool. This year let’s do something different. Let’s leave the TVs in the stores. Here’s a few things you can do to better your financial situation:
1. Grab a secured card off my website to rebuild
2. Pay off your credit card debt
3. Settle outstanding verifiable debt
4. Purchase an investment property
5. SAVE it, sis 💪🏾 down payment on a house 🏡
6. Schedule a consult with me 🤗

Well guys, it happened! My first financial goal of 2018 was to cash flow a dependable, nice used vehicle and last night we made that purchase! My husband and I have been sharing a 1997 Honda Accord (with 377k miles) for awhile and we knew we needed to have a second vehicle so we paused Baby Step 2 while we stashed money away for a newer car. Two things I will note: • First, paying cash DOES make a difference. We financed a car right when my husband graduated college and paid a lot of stupid tax until we decided to get rid of it. We didn’t think twice about the purchase, we didn’t even sleep on the decision. We signed on the dotted line and away we went $20k in debt. With this cash purchase we thought it through, looked at multiple cars, made a pros and cons list of different vehicles, questioned wether we really NEEDED this car, and ultimately made a sound decision that I’m very happy with. • Secondly, driving a paid off vehicle that you saved for and sacrificed for feels SO GOOD. Words can’t even describe it. ❤️ it feels so good to put a ✅ right next to our first goal of the year! I hope you all are feeling good and achieving your goals as well! ❤️

This was too funny not to repost thanks for the laugh @strugglinggazelles heck even you’re IG name is hysterical 🤣❤️ Also I have learned you can’t help people as much as you want to. I tried helping my immediate circle, they didnt want to hear it and so The Figure Maker on IG was born 🙃
