A painting workshop at Yangon’s State High School for #FineArts. Formerly a private mansion, it's one of the strangest schools I've ever been to. Most of its rooms are padlocked, so we make our way upstairs where a single high-ceilinged room with blotchy pale blue paint serves as a classroom.
Too flat out to plan a holiday? We'll make it easy for you. Grab some friends or family and book 4 to 6 tents at Tall Trees on either Jan 12 - 14 OR Jan 19 - 21 and we'll give your group a discount. Winter at Ginzan Onsen
Ginzan Onsen (銀山温泉, "Silver Mountain Hot Spring") is a secluded hot spring town nestled in the mountains of Obanazawa, Yamagata Prefecture. The area originally developed around a silver mine, but is better known today as one of Japan's prettiest onsen towns with historic ryokan (traditional Japanese inn) lined up along the river.
