Its been cold AH. I'm talking about 20 degrees in the house. Ok, I know it gets much colder in other places, but this is #Houston and this weather is not copastetic.
At first, I was all excited. I was like " #SNOWDAY And I'm not doing 💩. I'm taking a break from everything, no work!" That lasted every bit of 2 hours and 57 minutes, then boredom set in. Lets face it, you can only watch so many Judge Judy reruns (and I learned the people in my house watch way too many murder mysteries on the investigate channel - It's creepy actually)
But, I digress....I used my circumstance as an opportunity to sit down and #research my industry, #2018Trends, technological trends related to the #trainingindustry and to brush up on my already abnormally super hero knowledge of #TrainingSolutions
The point is...when you have disposable time use it to brush up on your skills. Being an expert in your field means putting in extra work, digging deeper and caring to know more than others. You will not regret the time investment.
Recently I feel like I’ve constantly had the Jaws theme song on the brain as my coworkers drop right and left from the flu.... it’s coming for me 😱😱😱 So to combat said flu I’ve been drinking apple cider vinegar and eating bee pollen/ bee products like it’s my dang job, come at me flu! 💁♀️ (Use discount code Colleen15 to try @stakichinc bee products and stay tuned for a sweet giveaway coming your way 😘 PS or you can check them out in my bio 🍯) Here’s to hopefully not catching the flu! .
