There are SO many things other than actually snatching and clean & jerking that can help improve your lifts.
Seen: seated box jumps to develop explosiveness. Doing them seated as opposed to standing takes out the eccentric/stretch portion of the movement which makes it a little more specific to weightlifting, because the first pull is all concentric on both lifts. Also, being a little more explosive (or a lot) never hurt anybody. 😜🏋️♂️ Make sure if you do them, you reach full extension of hips, knees and ankles (which this athlete is doing very well, btw.)
