TBH this week has been hard- it might be lack of sleep or this cold I'm getting or external circumstances but whatever it is it's been tough. Tonight I got to hold my husband's hand while we grabbed pizza + beer with two of our best friends and it was refreshing and wonderful. I'm not sure why I'm sharing this; maybe because I want to stay authentic on here or maybe just to encourage you if you're also in a tough season and to remind you that instagram doesn't always reflect real life. I'm excited to get back to work tomorrow and maybe see another movie because @moviepass is the bomb or just lay in bed drinking coffee all day again because I'm not trying to be a hero 🤷🏻♀️

We couldn't resist taking more portraits with this beautiful sunlight filtering through as the session ended. When shooting I always leave space to document connectivity and authentic smiles.
Hands can tell a story that go deeper than words. They show what you’ve accomplished, where you’ve been, where you are now. They can show your successes. They can show your struggles.
Hands can tell you so much about a person.
With your hands, you touch, you feel, you care, you love.
What do your hands say about you?
Last weekend I took the weekend off from sessions and this week I am feeling SO productive! Senior Show is a coming up fast and although I feel like I am working at a good pace I still have so much ahead of me. Senior Show is basically a show of all of our most prized work curated by myself and my fellow colleagues who will be graduating this semester. We are critiqued not only by faculty, but by some hand picked hiring professionals from all around the country. Stakes are high, the pressure is real, and it is up to us to put together a killer show for ourselves to show off what we are made of. So far I’ve gotten my resume designed ready to go and 17 of my 31 stickers sketched out but am currently struggling putting my portfolio together. Not to mention, MONEY MONEY MONEY. Stickers, business cards, prints, portfolio books, websites, SO MUCH STUFF I have yet to figure out 😅 basically your girl is riding the struggle bus over here, my entire college career has led up to this point... BUT I am SO stoked to see what the end result will be like 🖤
I think about this city often. In all of the ways it’s brought so much happiness to my life, all the friendships and client-friend memories that have been created here, and all of the good food and shopping I’ve participated in. I can’t wait to officially call this place my home this year, and create hella art with all of my 2018 couples and friends 💕 Cheers to the couples who want me for me, and to friends who for whatever reason still love me for me 🍻

Day two at @hustleandflow_workshop is about to go downnnnnn🤩 But first can we talk about how cute these peeps are? Their wedding day was filled with beauty and love, but low key it was also a freezing rain hot mess express trying to get my fingers to work in the cold 😅 Betcha couldn’t tell though 💪🏼
Trying to think of a really cool caption about dabbing but then I end up just sounding realllllly white. So I’ll let you all use your imagination on this one 😅 Happy Monday and thanks for all of the love on my last post! Today and tomorrow are my last two days in Arizona 😭😭😭😭😭😭
