They missed momma today!!! But I know I’m the end days like today will mean so so much 💜💜 today was eye opening in so many ways. We all have struggles and days we want to stop but in the end you have to remember your why!! I came from a broken, depressed, insecure place and now because of me taking a leap and a chance on myself I am turning into the person God has always known was there. I am determined, driven, have goals and know I am worth it. The friends I am making and women who have influenced me in more ways they will ever realize because of their faith and strength is empowering😍 I have learned not to hold back and to live everyday like it’s your last- positivity-faith and being an inspiration for many🙏 #godisgreat#bethelight#inspire#followyourdreams#beyourself#faith#lovewhatyoudo#blessedlife#overcomethosefears
I’ve never really posted much about what I do everyday apart from being on the dairy. I’m a equine barefoot trimmer. So anyone in my area needed their horses feet trimmed give me a message 🐎👍🏻 #lovewhatyoudo
Why do people quantify others by how much they make? Ask what they do for a living within 5 minutes of a conversation not because they’re genuinely interested, but because they want to immediately judge what kind of a person they’re dealing with? I’ve been getting that a lot lately. It’s hitting me from all sides, even from family. Even on days when I feel really great about myself. Buzzing with positive energy after teaching 3 classes last week which is a nice accomplishment for me as a new teacher. And all you can ask is how much I’m going to make? How on earth I’m going to support myself teaching yoga? Back the fuck up. As if people that don’t align with your views and values, or those who have less must be deserving of less. They must not have earned it, not worked hard enough, not been smart enough. Not gone to the right school. Not made the right life choices. If you have less, you must be less of a person? Everyone has their own story and ways of measuring success and finding fulfillment. So if anyone else has any negative, unsupportive or condescending criticisms about me while I’m on MY journey, keep them to yourself and then kindly fuck off. I didn’t leave my marketing career to become a millionaire teaching yoga. I don’t want to live in a big soulless house in a cookie cutter suburb with a double garage filled with crap I don’t appreciate. I may have less of what you have, and never have what you have, but what I’m contributing to the world is clearly worth more to me than you can even see. 💚
Thanks to everyone who came out to join us for our Grand Opening celebration earlier this month! Thanks to you, we were able to donate $570 to Austin Pets Alive! Here’s our kitchen manager Anthony with some celebratory flowers 🌼🐶🐱💕
Nothing to see here!
Sundays are all about pitstops for tea and behind the scenes work. 📚
There is so much continuing research and study is this field you can never get to the bottom, there is always something to learn and therefore always the potential for me to become a better facilitator. Today my direction is collating info in a few places but predominantly I'm focusing on anatomy. #medicalintuitive#townsvillelocal#sundayfunday#lovewhatyoudo

What a busy week it's been! I love my job so very much and it's not lost on me that I'm very lucky to be in a position to be able to make art full time. Thanks so much for your support and have a great weekend!
Ah the life of a high country kid, though the matagouri spikes are shoulder high on him yet. He gets to take on the crossings of the big river in style in dad's rover. As it turned out it was Jacinda4's last successful crossing as it popped a wheel bearing 1/2 way across this crossing a few days later. Not to worry about Ben though, he got a blanket and granola bar and was good as after a wee wet rescue. 😊 yeah, the New Zealand high country life...
Just having my friend take a casual headshot, because I have something exciting to share 😍•
The amazing leaders at @thepositivitycharge reached out asking if I’d like to be a panelist at their Philadelphia wellness retreat this June. I didn’t even think about it— just immediately said YES! Being part of such an encouraging wellness-centered day, and getting to meet a bunch of wonderful humans in person? Yeah. Sign me up. •
As much as I love writing and sharing online, in-person connection will always win. This is really the kind of stuff I want to be doing. And as the wellness community continues to grow, we need more of that face to face to really inspire and be inspired. There will be incredible speakers there, including @plantbasedblonde, and the keynote speaker is still a surprise 🙊Hope you’ll be able to make it- I can’t imagine it being anything less than a perfect Philadelphia Saturday in June [early bird tickets now available]•

Got to sound check Mark Guiliana’s Drumeo set up, beautiful kit! This was before he arrived so those are not his cymbals on there. 🙂
