FULL RANGE OF MOTION:
Every exercise that I do I aim to perform with full range of motion. I will not even consider adding weight until I can do something with good form all the way up and down.
Going through a full range of motion will result in better muscle balance, joint stability, proper activation of the working muscles and overall better movement quality, which is fundamental to performing at your best.
It's especially important if you don’t find yourself moving through a full range of motion outside the gym. People who sit at desks all day don’t regularly go through full ranges of motion at the hips, shoulders and thoracic spine.
Take your exercises back to basics, master your own body weight so you can built a solid foundation of strength which will lead to less injury, more mobility and improved performance👍 .
