Breakfast with @efeeda.dragonball and the two godsons! Playing with Manman happily until the cheeky milk monster decided to dig his little nails into my hand, and can smile so gleefully still!! #ouch#godmastilllovesyou 💕
#ladies hit Tee-Tee and get your feet right
Sunny days are coming #Ladies
It's getting closer & closer to sunny skies and sandal weather. Now is the time to start getting those tootsies ready for summer. I know you don't want to be in those cute sandals with unpolished toes and cracked dry heels. 👣🙅 Call or text me 843-839-9444 to schedule a treatment pedicure to get your feet right 😉 I can asset what needs to be done during your services and give you some recommendations to do at home .... in between services.
Tips on Pedicure Service Times:
Winter you should do pedicures at least once a month if you don't get them as much . I would get a higher grade level ( meaning the best pedicure service the salon has to offer) It's better to get them done every 2 to 3 weeks if you have issues with ingrown or heel issues.
Spring/Summer you should do pedicures every 2 weeks ..... Please don't go over 3
I understand time is not on your side for many but you only have one set of tootsies 😘 The foot holds a lot of stress and pressure ladies ... Think of them like the tires on your car. ... The more you drive your car the tire gets worn down and then boom ......it pops when we don't keep up with maintenance. The same goes with your feet . .... They get tired, swollen , achy dry and then boom .... They hurt!!!! #ouch
So be good to your feet and they'll feel amazing when your going on about your daily business in life & work.

Guess who received a sentence of 2 weeks of no running and as much RICE as possible? 😭
I'm so mad at myself for not going in sooner. I should know by now that I under-react when it comes to most injuries and something minor shouldn't hurt more than a couple weeks. After 4.5 weeks of persisting pain, I finally dragged myself to Urgent Care today. After a bit of palpation, my truly wonderful doctor declared that I needed an X-ray. It could be worse (the doctor thought my 5th metatarsal was broken), but it appears that I rolled my ankle hard enough that a ligament pulled a chip of bone out of my cuboid. I am extremely grateful that it's only 2 weeks off, but it's a hiccup I'd have rather done without. Upside: they gave me an ice cream sandwich! .
Electrical Hazards 😳
Featuring: @ffprovinggrounds .
FFPG TIPs: Electrical hazards are a risk at many firefighting and emergency operations! These hazards may not always be obvious. Always make sure to treat all wires and electrical components as “live.” Even when power is confirmed off, it is still a wise idea to exercise caution due to the potential for illegal wiring and electrical service that may be stolen from power lines or other buildings.
