K in our design is for all the kaurs in our life. From mothers and daughters, to wives and sisters, kaurs are the backbones of our families and community. K doesn't stand for just kaurs, but rather all women who struggle everyday against inequalities, sexist views, physical and mental abuse and so much more. Without her, we don't exist. How can a woman be looked at as anything but superior when only she can bring life into this world. Isn’t creating life the single greatest power in this world? Love and appreciate the women of the world and in your life. The issue of inequality between our sons and daughters has gone on for too long. It's time for parents to change the cycle. Our sons and daughters need to be equally raised and our sons need to be taught the importance of respecting women. For the men in this world, not only love them everyday, but ensure you’re helping change the mindset of those who think of women as anything less than superior.

Joy and Pain are like two inseparable partners playing a dance throughout our lives. You may think to yourself “all I want to feel is joy!” and I don’t think anyone would argue with that, but in reality, we also live through times of deep pain and sorrow. Whether through loss, heartbreak, or a whole host of other reasons, pain is a feeling we all go through.
But, if it wasn’t for the role that pain plays, if it wasn’t for the desire for something better, then how could you possibly appreciate and understand joy when it returns? How would you know when the right people come without experiencing who/what is wrong? How could you know and value the joy of success in life, work, anything, without the pain of failure?
You see, when you go through pain and sorrow, it cuts and leaves a deep hole inside you. Yet, when joy returns, it now has more space to fill the hole that pain left. It’s almost like pain carved this cavity into you that leaves you with the capacity to hold more joy in the future. Not just to fill you with the joy of love, but room to also fill you with the joy of having appreciation, gratitude, wisdom and understanding. And likewise, without joy, you’d never be able to dig yourself out of pain. You need joy to understand that pain isn’t permanent and this gives you a sense of wisdom and understanding when going through a painful experience. Because you understand that there is always hope for something better to enter your life. That’s how pain and joy play this dance in our lives. It is what gives us growth and hope to the future and better things to come.
And when all these things come together, that is when you discover a broader understanding and purpose to the things that really matter. :) - Inder (📷: @navaneeth_unnikrishnan 🙏🏽)

"What shall I say? Unto whom shall I speak? Whatever I have to say, I say it to God. Everything which exists was created by You. You are my hope, forever and ever. If you bestow greatness, then it is Your greatness; here and hereafter, I meditate on You. God of Nanak is forever the Provider of peace; Your Name is my only strength." “work with the young boys in your life. show them that their emotions are okay. help them find healthy ways of expressing their thoughts + feelings. help them understand their inherent worth and the worth of all other beings. 🌷❤️” repost via @jusmun 🙏🏽
