PATIENCE. This is an important one for those of you with SERIOUS OCD over getting results immediately. It’s the classic “slow and steady wins the race” saying. Now I’m not telling you to avoid getting massive results IF the opportunities come. I’m just saying don’t beat yourself up if you’re not raking in $10 million dollars 8 little months after you set a goal 😏These things take time. Patience is also a valuable trait to have in business for negotiating, selling, planning, etc. After all, patience is a virtue 😎💵

Shot in the dark. Fuck it. Worst case scenario, "We regret to inform you.." If so oh well. I've been stagnant on this far too long. At least either way I'll get some answers, I'll actually know and not wonder. $65 investment on the truth. 🤷🤷🤷🤷 Expect the worst, hope for the best.
“If you want to find happiness, find gratitude.” -Steve Maraboli
We are halfway through this month of gratitude and being thankful. 😊Being grateful is a choice and an attitude, and it takes practice! 👍
What are some benefits of practicing gratitude? It helps deepen relationships and it improves mental strength, self-esteem, and physical and psychological health. Practicing gratitude also enhances empathy and reduces aggression, and grateful people sleep better. 💤
How many things have you done on our gratitude challenge so far? It’s list of 30 things you can do to show thanks to your loved ones, strangers, and even yourself! There’s still half of it left, and it’s never too late to join!

#TBT#ThrowbackThursday The two outer photos are from my 20’s, when long distance running was my focus (5k, 10k, Half & Full Marathon), but eating clean was Not something I practiced. I was eating heavy carbohydrates because in Runners-world Carbs are used as fuel for long distance runs. However I was eating any and every carb I could grab instead of eating the best sources of carbohydrate 👎🏽
As I entered my 30s (middle photo), I began using a structured weight training and strength training plan that allowed me to progressively learn how to train my muscles (and my mind) beyond steady state cardio. I also quickly learned how important Eating Clean is to my development. Carbohydrates remained my favorite but my selection of Carb sources became more specific. My body began to tell me when it needed food/fuel (to match my new levels of exertion). It also reminded me when I ate something that was not Clean - fried food, high sugars, junk etc.- that resulted in stomach aches and migraines.
It took me 4-5 years to really find that space where I was comfortable with how my training plan was organized, how and what I was eating, and establishing a good work/life/training/sleep “balance”. ••••••
The beginning of a journey that brings change is always a bit scary, frustrating, and uncertain, But (if you allow it to be) TIME IS ON YOUR SIDE when you remain patient, have a plan, and commit to the work that is necessary to make and see change. Awareness of what you need to add or take away from your approach is continuous as you discover what works best for you and will help you meet your desired goal! ••••••
