We love hearing from you - Thanks to Craig and Colleen for this stella review! "We would recommend your services to anyone, 1 minor set back but that was sorted very quickly and we are very Happy with the whole process.
We must also mention that the guys that completed our roofing were great. We were kept in the loop at all times and they were very hard workers, working in very hot conditions. They deserve a big pat on the back, please let them know we were very impressed. Thanks again." #reviews#feedback#happyclients#sunshinecoast#newroof#roofing#home#roofing#colorbond
DO ROOFERS WORK ON THE WINTER?
Some companies like winter to work on the roofs but we don't really recommend it, Asphalt shingles are the most commonly used material for sloped roofs and can be installed in the winter, but caution must be taken by roofers installing it. They must be careful not to bend and crack the shingle. Also, because asphalt shingles are dependent on a proper seal between the overlapping shingles, which requires heat from the sun to bond, these materials often do not seal properly until warm weather rolls around. This can cause them to blow off or leak.
Доброе утро, друзья мои 😊 Это тот самый вид, ради которого я просочился сквозь решётку вчера утром 😁 Ночной вид на это кольцо у меня уже был с трёх ракурсов, а вот рассветного в моей коллекции ещё не было 👍

I now have a half sheathed shop roof! Two things that made this part of the job go quick and easy is the battery operated nailer and also still having that sky track to pick up 10 sheets and lift them to the roof at a time.
The other side of the shop, will have a 12' cover patio portion (where all that extra concrete is) so I can't start sheathing that side until that framing is done. Unfortunately the company I'm getting my lumber from forgot to order my header for the patio portion!! 😑 Which really throws a wrench in my schedule because I'm kinda at a stand still until I get it. Sooo maybe no working on the shop tomorrow.
Other than that, I did a topping out ceremony on the shop today! If you aren't familiar it's where you place an evergreen tree on the top of your framing when you reach the highest point in the project. It's to pay homage to all the trees it took to make the lumber for construction as well as a blessing for an everlasting building. 😊 I love that.
