H A P P Y H U M P D A Y 🤩💫 this little back and booty transformation just made my Wednesday a whole lot better 🙈 I have recently realised the importance and benefits of before and after photos for not only tracking progress but also maintaining motivation and confidence that what you’re doing is working and is getting you closer to reaching your goals. It’s crazy how easy it is to think that your body isn’t changing since we look at ourselves in the mirror every day! I have a pretty long way to go but I know that it is all very possible to get to where I want to be 🔥💪🏼 Time to go smash to back and biceps 👊🏼 HAPPY WEDNESDAY!!
That face you make when you are done with Hill repeats ✅! Wow! I haven’t done these in a while and I felt strong! 32 min broken down into 1 mile warm-up, 10 min hill repeats, and finish off with 12 min @85% max HR.👌😅
Followed by 30 min strength abs and arms 💪 #triathlonready#trainhard
Have you ever felt SO GOOD that you just want to hug everyone & tell them how amazing they are so that MAYBE they feel as good as you???! Okay maybe you are one of those people who don’t like hugs BUT you get the idea. From my experience, if you’re in a “funk” the best thing you can do is make others feel good about themselves. It’s amazing how good you’ll feel in return. Imagine if everyone just wanted other people to be happy! The 🌎 would be a lot happier. I encourage you to make someone smile today, tomorrow, everyday. Ask what the best part of their day is... compliment someone... pay it forward.
