In January, my husband and I had Alice over to watch The Bachelorette and she brought along Kellon, a guy she had only met a few days earlier after he'd slid into her DMs. For the many months prior to meeting Kellon, Alice's heart had been put through the ringer and, because she was still recovering from it, she wasn't ready to hop into a new relationship. It was so hard to watch my best friend, someone so humble, kind and giving of herself, struggle time after time. I prayed on the regular for the right guy to walk into her life; someone who would be the perfect counterpart, who would give her the emotional support and love she needs, who would be able to jump on board with all she has to accomplish in this life and help her see it through. I knew very quickly after meeting Kellon that he was that that person for her. I told my husband after they left "Those two are going to get married. Alice doesn't realize it yet, but he is exactly what she needs." I'm not right about many things, but I'm so glad I was right about. Kellon wound up, after quite the battle, stealing her heart and as far as I am concerned, there is no one else who really deserved to. Thank you Alice for being my best friend and allowing me to watch your love unfold and thank you Kellon, for being the answer to my prayers for her. I love you both to no end! ❤️

It’s officially mine & @kellon_park wedding week. Let the festivities begin!! AHHHHHHHHHHH!
Surrounded by Nature - it’s almost the end of our wedding season and I look back at one of our first weddings of the year in the Santa Cruz mountains with appreciation for being able to do this job. .
At the 5 year mark I thought I could not possibly do it for 10 years. At the 10 year mark I thought, I would last 15 years. At 16 years I still feel like I am experiencing and learning new things. .
Each year I get the chance to do new things like design this circle of flowers for the ceremony as well as work at new venues. This was also a first for us. And of course I get to work with new vendors and clients each season. Couldn’t do this without a great team and this circle is going to always be called the Tara for @ay_poppy_ who is a valued designer that I am so lucky to have. For that alone my job is never dull(oh no it’s not) and I am most humbled to call this my joy and my calling. So here’s to 16 more years. #iphonepic#circleoflove
